What Causes Severe Migraines And Nipple Discharge While Having Cyst In Pituitary Gland?
my 19 year old daughter has been told she has a cyst on her pituitary gland and that we should not worry about it. However she suffers from sever migraines, and they are getting more and more frequent and has been experiencing her breast lactation. Do you think we should get a 2nd option?

Yes, if her headaches are severe then you can have her reassessed. The mass on the pituitary can cause the breast lactation.
If the mass is very small then she may not need any additional treatment.
Small masses on the pituitary gland are common, they can cause headaches if very large but they would not normally cause migraines.
