Hi I ve had muscle cramping for at least 20 + years seen many Drs no answers , Nothing makes them better I tried calcium with D3 it seemed to help for a stort time , potassium did nothing , the more I drink the more I urinate the more I cramp , tried magnesium nothing , Im now getting them in my shoulder blades , most of the time there in my legs, feet, ankles , stomach ,if my face gets any sweat I cramp , if I get in water like a pool or lake I cramp .
