What Causes Severe Muscle Pain? How To Get Rid Of Sun Burn?

Hi I am a 28 year old female, 150lbs. I was in the sun too much yesterday and am sun-burnt really bad. I also have terrible muscle pain and joint pain. It hurts to breathe, move, and just hurts/aches all the time. I have nausea and headaches as well.
