What Causes Severe Muscle Pain And Joint Pain?

good moring docter. my name is sharmila aged 39 . i have severe pain in my muscles and joints. and i have tyroid too. i cant walk. whole body is painful. i have this pain since 2 years. i am suffering so badly .please do help and waiting for ur reply docter.
