What Causes Severe Muscle Pain In Shoulders Along With Spasms In Leg?

Hi I m suffering with a lot of muscle pain in my shoulder, spasms in my left leg from time to time and just very very tired all the time. I have gained approx 2stone in the last 5 1/2 yrs. Doctor has sent me for x Ray on shoulder which they say is arthritis put the pain is quite survere at times. I don t like taking difiene all the time any ideas as to what it might be. Don t think arthritis would leave you with no energy. Thanks in advanced

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain condition could be associate with functional condition of muscular pain called fibromyalgia, "Benzodiazepine" can be used but it has to be taken under medical observation and instruction, second you could come out of this condition even without the medicine and for that try to bear the pain as hard as you could once it achieved the peak level it would give natural analgesic effect hope this information helps.
