I recently have had 3 bouts of severe muscle spasm pain across my chest, left arm/jaw/neck. The first time was right after Osteo manipulative therapy,. I was unable to breath deeply, from my jaw down to bottom of ribs. Last two incidents only involved upper chest. Therapist had to take care of first one. Last two I took clonipin n skelaxin..and made myself calm down. I have anxiety,depression ptsd. I have low magnesium issues due to Prilosec, and Statin. I won t take either med agian! I am 59 yr old Female white, just had every vascular test done legs to neck, echo, persantine stress test passed all, no thickening small varicose vein back of both calves. (these tests were done by nervous VA Doc, cuz I will not take a statin again and I have cholesterol issues.. I Know myself pretty well and there was no reason to put this on anxiety.
