What Causes Severe Nausea After Undergoing Abortion?

my girlfriend has recently undergone a medical termination. now after taking the first pill is undergoing serious nausa and regret. is the posibilty that if she dosnt under go the second stage tomorroqw that the pregnancy can continue? and is the sickness a normal side effect of the first pill

Severe nausea or vomiting are the important side effects of first pill used for abortion.

Termination of pregnancy without consulting a gynecologist is risky because of the risk of severe vomiting, bleeding, cramps, weakness, etc.

Beside the duration of pregnancy and its location should be confirmed by an ultrasound scan. The duration should be within 7 weeks and the pregnancy should not be outside the uterine cavity or "ectopic pregnancy". If it is ectopic pregnancy the use of abortion pills can be still MORE DANGEROUS.

She is likely to get severe nausea or vomiting with the second pill also.

So, I advise you to take your girlfriend to a gynecologist for her valuable advice.
