What Causes Severe Nausea After Waking Up In The Morning?

Every morning i wake up wanting to vomit, I feel like there is a large lump stuck in my throat and I would belch in the mornings too. I feel ill every time I eat. Especially in the evenings after I eat dinner I would feel sick for up to two hours afterwards. I have little or no appetite for the most part of the day and I look so run down. When I do eat I eat very healthy meals. Lots of fruit and vegetables.

Hello,

I think related your symptoms you need to do an fibrogastroscopy and consultation with gastroenterologist to clarify the situation of your stomach, to do some blood test (complete blood count, kreatinine, uremia, urine test, electrolites) . Of course you need to exclude first a possible pregnancy.

I hope my answer help you. Let me know if I can assist you further. I wish you quick recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Monika Dede
