What Causes Severe Nausea And Constipation While On Tramadol?
Hi, so ive been nauseous for three days, this morning I had the worst cramps ever low in my abdomen. I took some tramadol, and it has let up, but I am still quite nauseous and feel like I need to poop, but when I try it hurts something awful like my insides want to come out, I m also having a hard time passing gas, and it hurts when I cough or laugh. Constipation or something that merits a trip to the er?

Well tramadol is known to have such side effect and this is usually self limiting and may improve on dietary changes,probiotics and high fibre diet. If there is no improvement you should discontinue tramadol and have another analgesics.
