What Causes Severe Nausea And Diarrhea?
My symptoms include nausea (severe) with green/black stools, a couple days later... yellow stools and green stools, and some are tar black. Weight loss (10 lbs in 1 week), lost appetite and fatigue. I have had blood work that came back normal and I ve had an ultrasound with no findings. I have been taking Promethazine 50 MG for 3 days, prior to that, I was taking Zophran HCL 4 MG. I can feel somewhat ok at night, but when I wake up I have to vomit the bile out of my stomach.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are having symptoms of severe nausea and diarrhea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , lactose intolerance or intestinal ileus. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti emetic drug , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like sea food and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down. Drink green tea twice a day and take probiotics food like yogurt.
