What Causes Severe Nausea And Headache While Having Cervical Disc Herniation?

I have bulging c5/c6 discs and have cervical vertigo. I started PT a few days ago but throughout the day I get nauseous where I go to the bathroom a lot, head pressure and headaches and am very tired. Is this normal when first starting PT or should I go back to my neurologist?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi,

You should see a neurologist. Vertigo itself can cause some nausea but headaches and frequent urination is something entirely different.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Ophthalmologist
