What Causes Severe Nausea And Vomiting?

I throw up a lot and I can t talk to people without my heart jumping out of my chest and the thought of going to school some days makes me so scared that I cry or throw up or can t sleep all night. I am too scared to talk to my parents about it. Do you think I have anxiety? I need help so bad

I do not think it's anxiety. We should rule out gastrointestinal problems first. So, better talk to your parents and ask to get helped by your caring doctor.

Everything will be fine but first should check this out.
