hi thanks for posting in HCM I have understand your concern tramadol is the opiod drug controls pain well but nausea is the documented side effect if you stop that , nausea ll get reduces as pt is on asprin ,it is known to cause gastric ulcers , better to continue pantoprazole hope this helps you thanks
