General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I feel it can be allergic or fungal in nature. Have a thorough bath to clean abdomen. Dry it and apply Neosporin H dusting powder in day and massage ointment before sleeping. Avoid sweat. Use only cotton garments. Change it if wet by sweat. In case of no relief, consult a skin specialist for oral medicines in suitable dosage according to severity of rash.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
