What Causes Severe Nosebleeds In Children?
My 12 year old son has nosebleeds everyday, sometimes more than one in a day. He bleeds a lot during these, even complaining about being lightheaded when he stands up quickly sometimes. Lately, the nosebleeds haven t gotten worse and he s complaining that his armpits are sore.

Nose bleed once in a while is not a cause to worry and may be because of infection, nose picking or some other mild cause. But daily bleeding from nose cannot be neglected and calls for immediate attention especially now that he has other symptoms also. You need to take him to an ENT specialist ASAP.
