What Causes Severe Pain Above The Ear On The Left Side?
I have a pain in my head that is like a stabbing pain and it has been happening on and off for 3 days now. It is located on the left side above my ear. It is on the inside of my head and not on the scalp. I thought maybe a type of headache but it just stabs and goes away on and off. Do I need to be concerned?

You need to rule out any referred cause for a headache if present like tooth infection, ear infection etc.
Kindly mention nature of pain like throbbing headache or band-like discomfort etc.
Meanwhile you can take Paracetamol for headache.
Take eight-hour regular sleep.
