What Causes Severe Pain And Bruise In Lower Back?
Hello, my mother in law bent over to pick something up and she is now in a lot of pain. There seems to be something looking like a bruise in her lower back she also looked crooked but seems a bit better after lying on the floor for about 5 min any ideas?

You need to take her to get an X-ray done to rule out if she is developing any nerve problem and if she is getting arthritis of the spine. You can give her some painkillers and massage for her.
