What Causes Severe Pain And Discomfort In The Leg?
I am experiencing pain only on one side of leg from middle of thigh laterally to side of lower leg above calf. Walking on inclines or steps does not elicit discomfort but walking on level ground can. I took two Aleves 2 hours ago and still can feel the pain off and on. This discomfort started last year shortly after overstretching on an adductor machine.

Most probably it will be due to muscular pain.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
