What Causes Severe Pain And Discomfort In The Shoulder?

I ve been having discomfort in my right shoulder, originally thought slept wrong, it s now 3 weeks. I have moved my mousepad when I realized not ergonomically correct, unsure how long to wait to see correction. I am experiencing trouble lifting elbow upward without pain in shoulder area and pain when putting on and removing bra from back, as well as trying to put arm in jacket sleeve. In addition, trouble sleeping without discomfort. Haven t fallen.

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given it could be either frozen shoulder or arthritis and both of these needs to be ruled out till then condition can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day and physiotherapy hope this information helps.
