What Causes Severe Pain And Inability To Move Left Arm?

About a couple of Tuseday 09-9-15 AT night i was sleeping my arm the left one, this on going problem. I had is ongoing problem with my arm, i had a MRI dun the specialist , my arm right now i hardly can move it. each time i tryied to move it it hurts so bad sharp pain run down my arm even when i turn it hurts so bad today i hardly can pick it up

I really appreciate your concern, if the MRI being done and it is negative then such pain could be due to muscular pain could be nonspecific in origin, or it could be due to poor posture, it can be tired with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
