General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear HCM user here is your Physician to help you out after carefully reviewing your case. I have a vast experience in treating patients like this and in my expert opinion:
you may be having low calcium (do your serum electrolytes done)
you may be hypothyroid (get your thyroid profile done)
you may be anaemic (get your CBC done)
Consult your physician as soon as possible for all the baseline tests to be done in blood work labs. Hope it will be ok soon once diagnosed properly.
Take multivitamins with added zinc in it(1 daily for 3 months). Also start Calcium and vitamin C tablets one daily for 3 months.
Thank you and have a nice time ahead. Stay blessed and happy always, and may you get well soon. Accept my sincere thanks once again for trusting me and taking my consultancy.
