General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

An orthopedic doctor may be best person to see. These specialist deal with issues of the muscles, tendons, bones.

One of them would be able to examine you and may also consider imaging to determine the exact cause of the pain that you are experiencing.

Imaging, likely x rays, would involve the hips and knees at least since you say that the pain is radiating from the hips to your leg.

Treatment would depend on the cause found but would may consist of pain medication and possibly physiotherapy if this is needed.

I hope this helps
