Hi,my name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi!Welcome to HCM!
I think your symtoms are caused by arthritis rheumatoid.Treatment usually includes medications, occupational or physical therapy, and regular exercise.
Some medication to reduce pain are NSAIDs that include ibuprofen and naproxen.
Another treatment is methotrexate for rheumatoid arthritis.
Also there are recommended steroides to reduce pain.
Other treatments include exercise plans, therapy with heat and ice, massage etc.
Hope my answer was helpful, anyway if the pain does not go away you should see a rheumatologyst. Thanks!
