What Causes Severe Pain And Spasms In The Big Toe After Taking Adderall?

After taking 15mg/day of adderall (immediate release) for 3 months, I experienced severe spasm and pain in my big toe followed by ulcers on toe and toe nail stopped growing. Now I have occasional blue big toe with tingling. I also developed lesions on arms and legs that were slow to heal. Now I have hyper pigmentation where each lesion appeared. I stopped meds but have brown spots all over. How can I get rid of these scars/pigmented areas?
