What Causes Severe Pain And Swelling In Heel And Knee?

Hello, I am a 36yo male and for the past 4 or 5 months I have had diffiuclty walking due to severe pain in my right heel. Is does occasionaly swell and get puffy. It is now starting to affect my knees, I think mainly because of the way I am walking to aleviate the pain.
