What Causes Severe Pain And Tightness In Head Caused After A Injury To Ribs?

In february I fell in the shower and brok two ribs,can t remember if I hurt my head,I was in so much pain the doctor give me pain medications,the first two weeks I took the medicine and after that ai take it as needed for my ribs,after that I start to feel pain in my head now for more then a month I have a headache,the past three days I feel so much pain and titnes in my head,the pain thrawels from one side to the other side,like someone is hetin me with the hamer,on and off.I am worried maybe is tumor?Can you please advise,thank you
