What Causes Severe Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Right Leg?

I am a 63-yr old female and I took a fall last month. I landed on my knees and hands. I am now experiencing tingling in my arms (mostly the right one) and my lower right leg. Plus I am having severe pain in my right upper arm. I don't know what type of doctor to go see about this type of problem.
