What Causes Severe Pain Around The Nipple Of A Male?
im a male and my areola around my nipple is very tender and it feels like theres a knot behind it its been bothering me all day and its not very painful just very very very irritating and its making me miserable what could this be? i haven t changed my diet or used something different in my laundry or anything could it be a bug bite? whats happening to me
Presence of small lump with tenderness beneath the nipple is a normal part of puberty. In fact, about half of all boys develop gynecomastia during puberty. It can persist in adult hood also. As of now you can use analgesics / anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac / seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. Diet has got no relation with it. If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
