What Causes Severe Pain Around The Sacrum After A Spinal Tap Procedure?

I had a spinal tap 10 days ago and continue to experience severe pain at the site and below it, particularly around the sacrum. Much of it could be muscle spasms. What causes it and should I see a doctor? sometimes the pain is so severe I can hardly breathe and its difficult to walk.
