What Causes Severe Pain Around The Waist On The Right Side?

I have severe pain in my right side around my waistline. I have to bend to the left and slightly forward to walk with a little lesser pain. I have been stretching to my left and reaching with my right hand to close my blinds . Could this be the problem and what should I do for the pain?

It may be associatef with ur right kidny ( may be renal lithiasis or other nephrogenic acute abnormality)
USG is requred for a proper diagnosis to be made
