What Causes Severe Pain At The Back Of The Head?

Doctor...i have been suffering from headache pain for almost 10 days now..no change....i went to hospital for bp check up but they got normal BP..then i checked malaria but again its negative....whay cna be the cause dor this headache problem?? Please assist me...most pain at the back head then changes to front....help me doctor

get a c.t scan done for any neurological problems. also get your eye refraction done. is it just a headache or any other symptoms accompanied? kindly take this problem seriously
