Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your history and description, the possibility of a Migraine is more likely. A Migraine is very common after head injury. So, follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in a Migraine:

1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid stress, tension, and be calm.
3. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
4. Take sound sleep of 6 to 8 hours.
5. Take Propranolol and Flunarizine combination drugs at night time before going to sleep.
6. Avoid Fasting, and take your meals timely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
