What Causes Severe Pain At The Incision Site Of C Section Surgery?

I had a c section 3 weeks ago, the scar is now hardly noticeable and I seemed to be healing very well with no pain after week 2, but yesterday I turned a song way and now I have a severe pain shooting from the middle of my incision scar down to my vaginal area that hurts when I move, walk, cough, or go to the restroom, what could this be? Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Do no worry if the pain is die to the incision it will be only over the scar and the scar site will have pain to touch.
For the pain you can take analgesics like tablet diclofenac 50 mg twice a day.

In absence of any discharge or redness or swelling or pain to touch the incision site has healed well.
