What Causes Severe Pain At The Right Side Of The Back?

I have had a pain in my right side toward my back area for a while now. It gets worse when I have slept I wake up in quite a bit of pain what can it be. It is not my bed as I have tried sleeping in different beds and I still wake up in the early morning in a lot of pain.

Read and understood that you have pain in the right back area for a while in spite of trying different beds.
That you wake up with a lot of pain.
This looks to be muscular and can be evaluated well by an Orthopedic Surgeon.
On clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI of the area, treatment can be well planned, if it looks to be due to internal problems MRI still can show many of the organs which do not move.
