What Causes Severe Pain Behind The Legs?
Hi, I have PAD and cilostazol tablets usp 100 mg , made my headache. My PAD is 75% blocked on one and about 80 % on the other and I have osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis, so I hurt a lot , I had the main heart valve replaced about 3 years that all went fine, no problems. I need a pill that will help the pad, when I try to very far it hurts in the back of my legs and up in my butt cheeks. Thanks for you input Marsha Koke

Hello,
The pain is due to poor blood supply caused by PAD.
You can take analgesics like tramadol or gabapentin for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a vascular surgeon and seek the possibilities of any surgical intervention.
