What Causes Severe Pain Behind The Neck And Urinary Incontinence?

62 year old black female,glassy eyed,suddenly crying due to back of neck pain around C-7,urinate in clothes,then faints, falls on floor eyes stuck open in one direction,shallow breathing, not responsive to commands for 3-5 minutes. Patient wakes up and do not want to go to hospital. All mobility restored. What could possible be happening. Patient say 3-4 times this happen in 1-year.
