About three months ago I went for a long walk and upon return, by left ankle, below the ankle bone was very sore. It was sore for a few days and then went away. However, now whenever I exercise with anthing involves jumping up and down or side to side movement, it really gets sore again. It is slightly swollen, and when I move me ankle inwards, it really hurts. Putting weight on it is bothersome, but I can walk. Then, If I don t exercise, after a few days it goes away. What could be the cause of this?
