What Causes Severe Pain Below The Breast With Movement Near The Rib?

I've been having severe pain in the area just below my right breast and it feels like there's pain and movement between the top rib on that side. It's excruciating pain and lately it's been more of a burning pain, but the movement that I feel in that area is extremely painful on its own. Any ideas would be wonderful.
