What Causes Severe Pain Below The Knee Cap Along With A Movable Lump?
Hi. As teenager I had chondromalacia patella and am now in my late 20 s. I ve had on off pain for a few months but a few days ago I experienced extreme pain below my knee cap when walking up stairs. Since the following day I have experienced the feeling of a ligament locking from the inside of my knee continuing up to four inches about my kneecap. There is also a lump to the bottom left which when pushed seems to pop back in to place. This reduces the tightening in my ligament and allows me to move again. I have to put this lump back in everytime I bend my leg.

For pain in knee you can take some pain killer like akilos-p or biozobid-plus as and when required. Take some calcium supplements like shalcal along with multivitamins.
