What Causes Severe Pain Below The Navel?
My son is having severe stomach pain right below his navel. He does have IBS as a diog. He is nauseated and has a headache but no fever. I am thinking taking him to the local hospital. Whats is your thought on this or what can we try here at home to help with the pain.

The stomach pain right below your son's navel with a personal history of IBS is indicating another IBS attach in absence of fever.
I advise to change his diet habits first:
- make him drink more fluids
- avoid caffeinated/alcoholic drinks
- eat more fiber rich foods
- have more yogurt or diaries rich in probiotics
- take probiotic supplement to stabilize his intestinal flora
- give fennel supplement to help ease stomach pain
If no improvement, send to hospital.
