What Causes Severe Pain Below The Rib Cage On The Right Side?
I had a very sudden onset, severe stabbing pain on my right side under the bottom portion of my rib cage. I was in my car, not moving yet, thank goodness, because I was doubled over for some time. I have, years ago had something like this but it was very brief. Does this sound like something to worry about?
As per your clinical history is concerned your signs looked like gallbladder stone so by telling is not enough to make it evidence based you need an ultrasound soon and a clinical examination by your doctor.so if stone found then treatment is [cholecystectomy], so nothing to be worried at all. Try to do few things from your side which is required along with treatments like-:
1)Do regular exercise to maintain a constant weight
2)Do not skip your meal and avoid fasting
3)Drink fresh juice squeezed from four lemons each day on an empty stomach. Follow the drink with a glass of water. Continue this therapy for a week. Alternatively, you can drink four tablespoons of lemon juice mixed in a glass of warm water every day on an empty stomach. Continue this treatment for several weeks may help in pain and discomforts in some cases.
Hope that helps
