What Causes Severe Pain Below The Rib Cage While Breathing?

I m having pain in middle of my chest down to left side under rib cage it hurts when I breathe or when I move or just resting its been going on for two days I went to er they did blood work and ct scan and said everything looks good then sent me home but I m still hurting like I was before I went what can I do plz help oh I didn t no I have to pay for this I m sorry I don t have any money

The symptoms seem to be related to costochondritis. Costochondritis is an inflammation of the cartilage in the rib cage. 

I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
