What Causes Severe Pain Between The Shoulder Blades?
I have severe pain between my ribs/shoulder blades on my right side. I hurts on the back but I feel pressure in the front. I ve had a bunch of heart tests. Coughing, yawning and sneezing worsen the pain. It is a stabbing and tightness. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia which is an inflammation of the muscles.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Voltaren to help with the pain.
I also recommend using a Voltaren gel for local application.
Heat compresses can also be helpful.
