What Causes Severe Pain During Bowel Movement?

Hi sir,i have some severe stomach ache problems from my childhood days.My pain becomes severe during excretion(motion).The problem seems to be bit relieved when the motion is released.My body seems to be more hot when compared to the others.I couldn t even adjust with the hotel foods and other junk foods.The motion was not regular to me also.Whether the problem is due to indigestion or with the heat? Can you please help me?

O yes why not dear just take homeopathy it will be alright.take bryonia 30 and nux comics 30 5 drops each alternately 2 hourly.and sulphur 30 in week only 5 drops.contact for future all the best.
