What Causes Severe Pain, Excess Vaginal Bleeding And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

i believe I have an advanced UTI ,lots of pain, blood and passing clots when i can pee, but feel the constant urgrncy to pee and also can t. I no longer have periods due to having an endometrial ablation years ago yet with this there appears to be vaginal bleeding also, only when I urinate. There are no clinics open and I currently have no medical insurance so I don t want to go to an ER. can this wait til Monday or possibly for a minute clinic to open?

From your complaints your complaints need to be further evaluated to reach a diagnosis. It looks like you are suffering from fistula. But you need to get evaluated for confirmation
