What Causes Severe Pain From Hip To Thigh?

Hi, i'm nearly 15 years old, im not very active or sporty and never was but every so often i go for a walk and i've had this pain the last week now and i went for a walk last night and i couldn't get out of bed this morning due to this deep pain on from my right hip goin down to the thigh and its goin straight around my to bum and on the top of my thigh theres a small hard lump, and theres a feeling of numbness around this hip/thigh area, i'm finding it verd hard to walk with this pain, i suspect straight away that i possibly have a hip tumor. Although i plan to go to my GP monday to get tests done for sure.
