What Causes Severe Pain From The Head To Shoulder Blade?

I have had sever back pain under my left shoulder blade that has now moved it s way up my neck to the entire left lower part of my head and my neck is now making a strange squishy noise when I touch it it s also causing a massive headache what can this be

it appears to be cervical spondylosis and refered pain. use neck color and hard bed. nopillow at bedtime. can take combiflam threetimes and hot compression at neck. watch for improvement.
