What Causes Severe Pain From The Knees To The Groin?

Have had right sided nerve pain in leg from below knee up to groin since having 2nd angiogram. First angiogram was for a 100%blockage of right general artery ( done end of October 2016). Second angiogram was for revision of stent done in February 2017. After second angiogram have had terrible, limiting pain, burning, throbbing. I m unable to work and pain doesn t seem to be getting much better w/o use of lyrica, neuron tin in day and pain med at night. I have had an egg and was told that was fine. I m not sure we re to go from here.
