General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms could be related to muscle strain or sore muscles when you are holding in a particular position for a long time. Adequate rest and muscle relaxants will reduce the discomfort. Complete blood counts and radiography may be required if symptoms persist.Nutritional deficiencies if present should be treated.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
