What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen?

Hiya I m not due on my period for another 3-4 weeks but I ve been getting severe period/labour pains and do not understand why? They are so painful that I feel I need to collapse n roll into a ball they seem to come and go longest one I had was for 45minutes

You may need to get this evaluated since this pain can be caused by endometriosis or endometrial polyp. get an ultrasound done for the uterus to diagnose.
